God isn't bland. The Church shouldn't be, either.
Friday Four: Essential Video Plugins

Sometimes the basics in After Effects and Final Cut Pro don’t cut it. There are several artists out there constantly developing plugins that can help you quickly achieve the look you want without being a computer programmer. Here is my list of essential plugins.

1. Too much too soon

Visit: http://www.mattias.nu/plugins

This free plugin has some great transitions and filters that make the standard Final Cut transitions seem cheap.

2. Handheld Camera script

Visit: http://provideocoalition.com/index.php/motiongraphicsvizfx/story/handheld_camera_script

You want a handheld look on an animation? This is great and free. You can adjust the speed and rockiness of the effect. Cuts tons of time of keyframing out of your project.

3. Sure target

Visit: http://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/sure_target_2

This free one adds a professional feel to your movements and is incredibly fast. Everything by these guys is dynamite. I would recommend buying their element collections too.

4. Trapcode Particular

Visit: http://www.redgiantsoftware.com/products/all/trapcode-particular

This one is not free but worth every penny. It is essential. This powerful particle generator looks great and is customizable. Particular will improve your project before you even scratch the surface of what it can do.

Thanks for the list I’ll definitely be checking out that first one.

    Twitch – From video copilot.
Pluraleyes for syncing HDSLR video and separate audio recordings

I use both of these a lot.
