I’m happy to announce that today we begin accepting applications for the Creative Missions trip to Albany, NY – May 22-28, 2011.

Once all applications have been evaluated, Creative Missions invitations and detailed trip information will be sent out by the second week of March. At that time you can choose to commit, and a one-time fee of *$85 (handled by the Center for Church Communication) will be due to hold your spot and help pay down general logistical expenses – Lodging, on-site travel, etc.

*If the fee is a stretch for your budget, no worries, this won’t keep you from being able to attend. We still want you to be a part.

Financial support and resource donations

Some folks have said they’re not able to give creatively, but want to give financially. Awesome! There’s definitely a need for financial support as there are many expenses including printing, resources, transportation, and lodging.

The great news is that CFCC (The Center for Church Communication) is going to be handling all monies for us – donations, etc. Here’s some basic information.

Checks need to be made out to the Center for Church Communication

In the memo line put “Creative Missions.” Make sure to NOT include anybody’s name on the check.

Resources

There’s also a big need for resources including printing, sound/tech components, stage design, worship presentation software licenses, and more to be announced. Would your church or organization be willing to donate some of these items?
