God isn't bland. The Church shouldn't be, either.
Up the Interactive Ante with Facebook Questions

I realize that I’m spending a ton of time writing about Facebook lately, but it seems like they’re adding great new (ministry-useful) tools to their service every week now. This time it’s Facebook Questions – basically their version of simple, super viral online polls. It’s an awesome new “well, duh” kind of feature, and one that your Facebook Fan Page can take advantage of immediately.

Simply visit facebook.com/questions to turn it on for your account. You’ll see a new “Questions” option near the posting box at the top of your news feed where you can ask multiple choice questions to your friends and fans. Making it even cooler, folks can comment on the question itself, share it among their friends, and even add other options to the multiple choice list (if you allow it). The possibilities are pretty much limitless, so I’m sure we’ll all come up with some big ideas for it in the coming weeks and months. Personally, I’m pretty pumped that it launched just before Easter; it should come in handy for our huge marketing push that we’re beginning next week.

What are your ideas for this cool new feature? Let us know in the comments below.

Very cool. Just enabled it and asked the first question for our retreat facility. Thanks for calling attention to this great new feature.

Thanks Eric! What a great feature with great use of ministry. Might help to get our Facebook page a little more active if people can first get comfortable answering a question anonymously. Then maybe later they’ll feel more comfortable to answer open-ended questions.
